At the Cardello Building, we've given as much attention to convenience and function as we have to form. Our ample parking lots offer free parking for all our tenants and their visitors. Our building's electronic security system allows tenants 24-hour access to our facility 365 days a year, including our fully equipped fitness center on the second floor, free to all tenants; in addition to treadmills, stationary bikes, circuit training, and free weights, the fitness center also includes full shower facilities for both men and women and a billiard table.

The Cardello Building's location makes it one of the most desirable city office complexes in Pittsburgh. From our North Shore location at the foot of the West End Bridge, you can quickly access every major Pittsburgh highway and arteries. And a Port Authority Transit stop is located right in front of our main entrance. The building also offers direct access to scenic walking and biking trails along the Ohio River. Trails extend behind the Carnegie Science Center and to the beautiful North Shore esplanade connecting Heinz Field and PNC Park.

Tenants have access to our two modern, spacious conference facilities, combining luxury with sophisticated conferencing technologies. Also, both the first and second floor common areas offer WiFi Internet access for the convenience of tenants and their visitors. We have also recently added three automated external defibrillator units on the second, fourth, and fifth floors, as part of our health and safety initiative, to address unexpected emergencies.
