Tenants have access to our two modern, spacious conference facilities that can easily be reserved online.
Located on the first floor, the fitness center is free to all tenants. In addition to treadmills, circuit training, a dedicated yoga room, and free weights, the fitness center also includes locker rooms with full shower facilities for both men and women.
Our in-house massage therapists, Stephanie and Evan, offer table and chair massages in office or in their suite on the fourth floor, north.
Located on the 1st floor, adjacent to the North Elevator, the EYE XO2 sets a new benchmark in golf simulation. It has an expansive hitting area, advanced trouble mat technology, and a high-speed camera system for lifelike graphics. Play thousands of world-class golf courses right here in the office.
The Human Touch Super Novo Massage Chair is located in the quiet room on the 2nd floor, north. This impressive chair provides 3D and 4D programs including full body immersion, deep tissue, and therapeutic relaxation and recovery programs with adjustable targeted heat to gently soothe and loosen tight muscles.
Located on the 2nd floor, south, you can hone your skills, enjoy some friendly competition, or participate in a team building exercise centered around our finely crafted pool table with seating.
Located on the South Parking Lot patio in good weather, get together for some friendly competition and fun outdoor.
A retreat with free hot beverages, book exchange, WiFi, and a smart TV for quick, impromptu presentations or to watch breaking news right on the first floor.
The North Shore segment of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail is located directly beside The Cardello Building, on a 7-mile stretch of continuous trail from Westhall Street all the way to Millvale Riverfront Park, off of Route 28. By foot or bike, this urban trail system links our office building to downtown Pittsburgh and beyond.
