Karen Dilla
Building Manager, Karen Dilla, works alongside Richard Cardello, adding her particular brand of liveliness and charm to everything from seasonal decor to personal tennant attention. A Pittsburgh native and Cardello Building veteran, Karen leads the onsite team and full maintenance staff. She delivers the kind of care and attention to tenants that makes the Cardello Building feel like a community rather than merely an office facility. |

Joe Friel
Need a registered electrician? Joe is the man. As the Cardello Building Operations Manager, Joe manages the building facilities and the maintenance team. He knows more than most when it comes to wiring and HVAC and refrigeration and plumbing and welding and drafting
need we say more? You can often see Joe sporting his summer shorts and biking the local trail during lunch. |

Bob Locke
Bob is the project manager for the Cardello Building maintenance team. He has a wealth of experience in faux finishing, decorative finishing, and painting, and much is his handiwork is evident throughout the Cardello Building. In addition to his broad knowledge of all constructions and building maintenance trades, Bob is also extremely knowledgeable about physical security technology, such as the security cameras, locks, customer electronic entry systems, and multi-level keytag systems. Bob's a graduate of South Hills High School, and when he isn't caring for the Cardello Building, he pursues his interest in outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, and camping, and spending time his three boys, Bob Jr., Chris, and Steve. |

John Hurd
If you ever accidentally walk into a window because it's so clean it looks like it isn't there, you can blame John. He's the man that keeps the sparkle in the Cardello Building's spaces, since he joined Cardello Associates in 1996. John's a war veteran, having served his country in Vietnam as a combat engineer. |
